This past weekend we enjoyed some trick or treating, collecting for a local food drive and planting our garlic, 2000 garlic to be exact!  For our first attempt at garlic this was an ambitious enough task for us.

We are quite happy and relieved to finally have our garlic in the ground and now to have some nice warm weather to give it some growing time before winter.  We look forward to harvesting this garlic crop next year.
