These little cupcakes are packed and ready to go to market!

We are excited about this week at the market.  The greenhouse is packed with produce right now.  We have both lettuce and cucumbers available for sale, and the tomatoes are only a few days away from being perfectly juicy and beautifully red.

 This morning we were feeling in the mood for some brightly coloured chocolate cupcakes and we were also feeling rather artisan and adventurous as we made our first ever Pain d’Epi and developed my now most favourite bread ever! … the Apple Cinnamon Loaf you see below.
